Usage

Clean the Mold: Remove all concrete debris from the mold surface.
Dilution of the Release Agent: The dilution ratio varies based on the shape and height of different PC component molds. For double-layer floor slabs, dilute at a ratio of 4-5 times water; for stairs, wall panels, bay windows, and other irregular components, dilute at a ratio of 3-4 times water.
Apply the Release Agent: Use a sprayer to mist the mold surface, then evenly apply the release agent emulsion to the mold surface using a sponge mop or cloth mop.
Pouring Concrete: Once the release agent has dried to form a film (when the white emulsion is no longer visible), you can proceed to pour the concrete.
