Project Background

The CF-MiC system is a formwork-free modular construction approach that uses precast components assembled into larger structural modules on site. Connections between components rely on mortise-and-tenon-style coordination, allowing the interior space to be flexibly configured through standardized modules.

The system offers strong advantages for industrialized construction. Compared with traditional building methods, on-site workload can be greatly reduced, labor demand lowered, construction waste reduced, and material loss better controlled. This makes it a strong fit for green and highly industrialized building delivery.
