The CF-MiC system is a formwork-free modular construction approach that uses precast components assembled into larger structural modules on site. Connections between components rely on mortise-and-tenon-style coordination, allowing the interior space to be flexibly configured through standardized modules.

The system offers strong advantages for industrialized construction. Compared with traditional building methods, on-site workload can be greatly reduced, labor demand lowered, construction waste reduced, and material loss better controlled. This makes it a strong fit for green and highly industrialized building delivery.

In this project context, Yunzhu supported component manufacturing with concrete release agent solutions and technical guidance designed to help customers achieve smooth demolding, cleaner finished surfaces, and more stable production efficiency across repeated precast operations.
